About The Project
Fulfilling a Promise: Stemming the Flow of Federal Facilities out of the District of Columbia, released in April 1998. Finding a steady exodus of federal agencies from the nation's capital, DC Appleseed recommended a federal law strengthening the preference for retaining federal facilities in the District.
